Lobsters are considered "biologically immortal" as they die due to external causes like exhaustion, disease, or predation rather than age. I prompt viewers to question the life time of objects and their agency.

Functioning as a closed object: a cage, but unable to fully contain, only partially restricting access. Defeating the purpose to store objects securely but bringing forth the access to the senses of sight and touch, teasing viewers on what would fit inside and around the piece, how the cage frames what it holds.

Lobsters may be able, but due to external environment, do not live forever.

Modern medicine has allowed humanity to extend morality, but still you can get in a car accident.
